Hernandez Tells NPR Insulin Price Capping Is Not Enough

Colorado recently capped insulin co-pays at $100 for insured residents, but as CP3 Associate Director Dr. Inma Hernandez told NPR Health, "These efforts are not enough." Hernandez's research suggests that "prices have increased because there's not enough competition in the market, demand will always be high and manufacturers leverage that to their advantage."
